Comment: WILLIAM P CLEARY

> A man who claims to be an accountant but is being investigated for check fraud, embezzlement, wire fraud, credit card fraud, and grand theft. William P. Cleary stole over $400,000 from Ambassador Auto Sales where he claimed to be the CFO. He was a book keeper, controller, and accountant.

Over the past 2 years he managed to embezzle over 400k from the company by taking advantage of the owner and staff. Bill took control of company payroll and began over paying his 401k. He realized he could get away with this and began taking ACH debits from the business account straight into his 2 personal accounts.

He became extremely aggressive when the business started to struggle in the second quarter of 2010 and took over $380,000 in cash via electronic ACH debits.

The owner was best friends with William Cleary. He had this man at his house for all holidays. He even paid for his medical expenses out of his own pocket only to be taken advantage of.

The owner was forced to lay off staff and now struggles to keep the business alive. He now is forced to re-open all tax returns that where filed by William Cleary because of his accounting.

This man is going to jail. Anyone who has been ripped off by him is asked to step forward to Collier County Sheriffs department to Detective White with the economic crimes devision. Bill is going to jail for the rest of life.
