I wrote my first entry before a mental emotional breakdown because Dr Hanus did not back me up as his patient. No one apologized for the rude and insulting behavior of the staff and he did not explain the traumatic procedure of radiation although I asked. Later when I confronted him he became arrogant and pompous with a total lack of patient respect. All I wanted was an apology. I have been in therapy for the last 2 1/2 years because of this traumatic experience since I was unable to process the occurence.
