Comment: COLLIER ANESTHESIA PA
Anesthesia for surgery resulted in a migraine head ache that lasted for days. The pain was worse then the surgery. the records have been destroyed. they refuse to help me in any way to find any of this info. i am going into surgery again this week. they refuse me any contact with any one in their business who might explain what happened to me, except their billing department.
in accordance with NCH's reputation, they likely used the cheapest anesthesiology possible. It is unconscionable, in an age of computer documentation, for these records to be destroyed.
