Description: The NCH Wellness Centers are the first and only provider of Nordic Pole Walking classes in Southwest Florida right now. Instructors were trained and certified by German experts by Nordic Pole Walking USA.

Nordic pole classes are offered through NCHs Wellness Centers Wednesdays at 6:30 a.m. at Lowdermilk Park, and Tuesdays and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park in Lot 4.
