William Weible on Mar. 22 2012 edit · delete Scott, Yesterday Luis Ramos spent several hours at my house doing maintenance on the new system your company installed last year.
I want to report on Luis: what a gentleman! He was courteous, attentive and diligent in his work. He patiently answered by questions and walked me through the process, giving me advice on filter cleaning, maintenance of the U/V bulbs, etc.
Luis was meticulous - from a neat and orderly service van to the way he cleaned up and closed out the work.
If Luis is representative of your entire company, you are to be congratulated on hiring and training practices. Luis is a true professional and a credit to your company.
