HOW DOES IT WORK?

Two ways:
 You call us with the customer information. Name, address, phone number, and nature of the problem. We call the customer and make an appointment. As far as they are concerned, we work for you. This also take ALL THE PRESSURE off of the CUSTOMER since they don't have to go through the trouble of calling someone up THEMSELVES.
or

 You pass our information on to the customer. This is not as good in the mind of the customer, as the burden is on the CUSTOMER to contact US.
We don't care which method you use, but in our experience, you will have better success with Method #1, as the customer doesn't have to think of a THING. You take care of that stuff for them.
ANALOGY: Think of a doctor's office: Your regular doctor sends you to a specialist. Would you prefer to call the specialist yourself and have to mention that Doctor So and So referred you to them? NO!
You would rather the SPECIALIST call YOU and set up the appointment. "This is Doctor So-and-So's office - when would you like to come in to get your [...] looked at?" It makes you feel SPECIAL and TAKEN CARE OF.

But you said money? Yes! For each successful referral, we will send you either $15 or $30, depending on the nature of the job. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMER THE REFERRAL FEE. THIS COMES OUT OF OUR OWN POCKETS AS A THANK YOU TO YOU.

We will try. If you have a real SPECIALTY - WE WANT TO KNOW -- it makes referring to you more likely. Otherwise, you are on a rotating list. You get bumped up in priority if you are a regular referrer (the more successful you are, the more successful we are and then you become even MORE successful).
