Nanny Household Manager needed. North Naples Home.

Are you good with kids and managing a household? I am looking for a part time nanny/assistant to organize my household and help with my elementary aged adorable children's activities/ picking up from school. I also need help light administrative assistance within my home office. (as my needs grow and as you become more and more essential to our home management~ this can turn into a full time position.) I need someone five days a week (M-F) to: Pick-up children (11 yr girl, and 8 yr boy) from private school, soccer practice and piano, summer activities/camp drive and pick up for kids. Day-to-Day responsibilities will include: House Management: Manage, clean and organizing (organizational skills greatly needed) of house, plan meals, grocery shop, prepare dinners, lunches for kids, manage pets (4 dogs, many cats) general needs, laundry, errands. Home Office Executive Assistance: Filing, computer (basic word and excel skills a plus), typing, organizing, errands. Writing and Internet skills a plus. I am the director of two publications and also a part-time marketing director. These three positions keep my busy, working from home office 2 days a week and from office 3 days week. I travel every two months for 3-4 days. Must speak English, be a US citizen, have a good driving record, own a car, proof of car insurance, no criminal background, and agree to drug testing if asked. Must be able to swim (kids may ask to go to swim park), take CPR course or know CPR a plus. House in North Naples, Gated Community, Pool, two story home. You will be brought on as an independent contractor (you will receive a tax form 1099 at end of year and be responsible for paying your own taxes, they will not be automatically deducted for your paycheck.) Must be over 18 years old. Must not have children of your own. Must like animals and not be allergic. Previous childcare/ or education a plus. Hours: School year (Sept-May) 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (6 hours)/ Summer May-August 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (6 hours). One week paid vacation (activates after 3 months.)
