" The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will host a free hunter safety course, April 23, 24, 25 and May 3 in Collier County.
Students will learn about hunting laws, safe gun handling and wildlife identification before taking the final test. The course also includes live-firing instruction on a shooting range.
The course will be at Golden Gate Fire Department, 100 13th St., S.W., Naples, Station 71, directly south of the Collier Public Library. Instruction will take place from 5:30-9:30 p.m. on April 23 and 24; 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. April 25; and 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. May 3. Attendance on all four days is required.
