I cannot recommend using this company. The owner performed an inspection on my home and within just a few days of moving in we discovered that two kitchen appliances were not functioning properly, the irrigation system was broken, and a toilet was broken. Being that the sellers moved out of the house just a couple weeks after the inspection, I find it hard to believe that these things broke during that short time. The inspector (also the owner) came out to look at the problems when I contacted him, and said he would address the items. To his credit he did have a repairman fix one appliance however it has been two and a half months since I contacted him and nothing else had been addressed. Since then, we have found many nonfuctioning outlets that I feel should have been detected during the inspection that were also missed. When I emailed the owner a month ago to state that the amount of time lapsed was not acceptable, mainly because of my broken irrigation system and my resulting dead lawn, he advised me that he is not obligated to help me at all and with that, I have not heard from him since. Not good business!

How does this compare with others in the area? Do they have the best prices? How was the service?
