Ken on Jan. 30 2010 edit · delete It is a rare day that we give a 5 star rating, but there is no doubt in our minds that Castilla Roofing in Naples, Florida is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with and we have hired numerous. Since this was our first big roof job in Florida, we had many questions which were answered promptly and clearly. We had received several bids on a major roofing job which consisted of: re-roof, new ridge cap, vent covers, soffits, seamless gutters, and gables sided. Their proposal was easily understood and listed some materials options with explanations. A big plus was no additional charges even when they had to provide extra material and man hours due to excessive rotted wood; whereas most other contractors would have charged us since it exceeded the contract. Everything looks great and we believe they did an exceptional job, even my father who is retired carpenter thinks they did a fantastic job!
