Exciting Opportunity for a Family Practice Hospitalist! Work with Adult population (teenager to geriatrics) Perform evaluations and orders at the time of admission Assist with Emergency Room patient flow Manage resources efficiently - lab, X-ray pharmacy and more Provide Pre-op evaluations Coordinate with Specialists Provide Consultations Collaborate with Case Managers Work with the Hospital's formulary Provide discharge referrals Schedule patient follow-up, etc.
