Mold Assessors & Mold Remediators required to be licensed by DBPR effective July 1,2010
Radon & Mold Professionals has two of the first Certified Indoor Environmentalists to qualify for a Mold Assessor license in Florida. Doug Wall, CIE became the second Licensed Mold Assessor in Florida and first in Collier County #MRS2. John Cosgrove, CIE became the 5th Licensed Mold Assessor in Florida and the first licensed in Lee County #MRS5. Effective July 1, 2010 Licensed Mold Assessors ( Inspectors / Testers) must Maintain at least $1 million of liability insurance with errors and omissions insurance. After 6 weeks (August 10) only about 20 people state wide have qualified for a Mold Assessor License.
