Affordable Trapping's Yellowbook page. Wow!!
Kudos, kudos, kudos to Yellowbook! They put together a webpage for me as I'll be listing with them in the next Naples Yellowbook 2010.
Animal Services Naples is the name they got for me.
They have a different phone # : 239-206-4334 which goes through their tracking system which tests the effectiveness of the Yellowbook advertising program.
Now, we're still at 239-465-9291 but I have no trouble with people using their tracking phone number because they aren't charging extra for it... it's just to prove how good of a job they do. Excellent idea!
They've got a nice snake on there:

She came ALL THE WAY out here to talk with me for a couple of hours and really made me a satisfied customer. She told me something last year that stuck with me - even though I didn't do any yellow page advertising that year (but I've changed my tune since then) which stuck with me all year long about WHY you really do need to have representation in the yellow pages as a small business owner.

(a P.S. - we still like to use Rat Removal Naples as our main go-to spot, but one thing about marketing - you NEED a multi-faceted presence online, in books, with customers, with related companies... it is SO IMPORTANT to never give up hope and keep plugging away, for you never know where your next customer will be -- and sometimes it is your competition who hires you!
