Property Service of Naples owner, Rick Virdinlia, said that for homes under 3,500 sq. ft., the discount means homeowners can obtain weekly inspections for just a few dollars more than $100 per month.
"When one adds this discount to complimentary services and other discounts we offer, such as 15% off of handyman repair costs and free airport transportation," added Virdinlia, "the savings can add up quickly for home watch clients."
