Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, has launched Sabio Training - a dedicated practice
May 10, 2013 - Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, has launched Sabio Training - a dedicated practice focused on providing organisations with the skills needed to optimise contact centre performance.
Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, has launched Sabio Training - a dedicated practice focused on providing organisations with the skills needed to optimise contact centre performance. Sabio will offer a comprehensive, 150-course contact centre training portfolio, with role-specific training focused on both leading contact centre technologies from vendors such as Avaya, Verint, Nuance and Sabio, as well as advanced contact centre professional training.
Sabio Training's courses will be available across a range of delivery options, including the company's London and Glasgow Training Centres, as a virtual classroom offering via the online Sabio Virtual Campus, or through self-paced computer-based training (CBT). This range of options is particularly applicable for multi-site or multinational contact centre operations, where training logistics are typically complex and expensive.
