Promotional pens supplier triples online sales with ‘try before you buy’ tool

A leading online retailer has seen a 200% spike in online sales following the launch of their revolutionary ‘try before you buy’ feature.

The interactive Visual Zone tool, which allows customers to upload their logo to see how their finished orders will look, has also seen a surge in repeat business for Hotline.co.uk, one of the UK’s largest suppliers of Promotional Pens and other personalised items.

Launched one year ago, the tool took six months to develop and is completely unique to Hotline, who are the first company in the industry to use an online editing tool.

Hotline’s returning customer base has grown from 25% prior to the launch of Visual Zone to 75% thanks to the improved user experience and the availability of instant digital samples.
