You must be familiar with fecal transplant for people with intestinal disorder. But fecal transplant for weight loss is quite unheard of.
October 11, 2013 (http://www.kamagrarx.co/) : No wonder, you have always blamed your lifestyle, irregular health habits and alcohol consumption for your ‘out of shape’ appearance. Ever thought about your gut bacteria? Do your gut bacteria differ from those of a lean person? Would you benefit from bacteria transplant?
You must be familiar with fecal transplant for people with intestinal disorder. But fecal transplant for weight loss is quite unheard of. Would it be possible?
Researchers have tried to address some of these questions in their recent experiment. They took fecal bacteria from four sets of human beings-adult, female and twins in which one sister was obese and transplanted them into mice. They then fed the mice various diets including typical unhealthy American diets.
Results showed that mice that got gut bacteria from obese individuals gained more weight than their counterparts who received bacteria from lean individuals. In other words, weight gain can be transferred from human to animals. However, mice like to eat each other’s feces. So mice with obese individual’s bacteria might have benefited from intake of feces containing thin individual’s bacteria and gained less weight than expected.
But mice who were transplanted with lean individual’s bacteria did not gain additional weight. Similarly, high fat diet seemed to eliminate benefits of uptake of feces containing lean individual’s bacteria.
These findings are preliminary and not tested with human beings. In the future, if you feel you are obese, you might just consume a pill containing gut bacteria of a lean person and shed flab quickly.
