Why a gang rape of a mother and son, why neighborhoods go bad.
It all starts out with a broken window that never gets fixed.
The attitude of the community is at that point, "Who cares? Not my problem."
One broken window leads to two. Littering. Mischief. People care less and less. Teasing. Bullying. Violence. Rape. Even riots.
All stemming from a broken window. Some grass that doesn't get cut. It doesn't take much but an attitude shift.
