The get ulcers due to amount of stress. 1 person constandtly does the work of 3 or more. laxodazical and bad attitudes are rewarded and not repremanded and hard excellent workers take the brunt and keep getting more and more. Steve Griggs is the owner and is on record as saying "our employess are tired, overworked, underpaid and that is where I like them" In a recent email. "if they don't like it then they can leave. swearing, insane outbursts, and bullying are all commonplace in his business.
