Comment: IMPERIAL HEALTH CARE CENTER
If you are looking for a facility for a loved one, pass on this sub-standard facilty. The care is negligent and serious medical issues go unaddressed. the staff ingnores important requests from the residents. Serious medical issues go unaddressed even when residents and their families request that they be addresses. The staff is rude and thretaening with residents that register valid complaints.
