Comment: Raphael Rachman Studios
We set up a private photography session with Raphael Rachman at Raphael Studios serving the Naples and Ft. Myers Florida area. We originally found Raphael advertising on Groupon, but called him directly to ask some questions. Our family was visiting Naples on Christmas vacation and we wanted photographs of our family and extended family. Raphael showed up on time and took many pictures of our family. A week later we paid up front for the prints that our family wanted. Two months later we have not received our photographs. After calling the numbers I had for Raphael and contacting him by phone and email, I received an email from him apologizing for the delay due to family circumstances and he said he would send a tracking number within two days and have my prints sent within the week. That was last week so I have clearly been scammed. This prompted me to research and found a D+ rating on BBB and a complaint from another family with the same story. Phone calls and emails have not been answered. We will be proceeding with fraud claims through our credit card company and the BBB and we will be writing warnings to alert other customers. We are very disappointed and shocked that a man claiming to be in business for 20 years would conduct business in this manner.
