We have now undertaken a second complete redo of a condo with Jerry Dalia and the results are even better than the first. He is gracious, professional and most of all a careful listener and problem solver. He spent hours reviewing critical details that were absolutely essential for the final product. In the end the lights for our art were perfectly located for our purposes. Switches and master switches make logical steps in our life possible. He was very gracious and patient understanding our need to be certain of decisions. He was very good at grasping what we wanted and selecting the subs who could deliver and who were price competitive. He obtained numerous bids and was more concerned about lowering prices at times than we were. He amazingly delivered the project on time. He was superb in dealing with the usual complaints about construction in the condo building and earned their respect We had major space utilization issues and he was masterful at gaining useful space. He even found 80 square feet we did not know we had! We have a phenomenal unit with floating stairs and a wide open view. He reconfigured the AC ductwork to raise ceilings and to reduce sprinkler visibility. He even had all cherry solid doors and trim prefinished to furniture quality and a perfect match with cabinets. His pricing was very fair and we felt we received a superb value
