Roy's consistently delivers great seafood dishes and yummy cocktails. Maitais and mango mojitos are a must when on vacation. The signature dish would be the fish trio. The one in Naples came with tuna, salmon and butterfish. The tuna almost sashimi style was so light and the butterfish (which tasted like sea bass) was really rich. A very nice balance. On the night we were there, they also had a lobster special: two tails of lobster asian style with rice. It was cooked perfectly.
In the middle of dinner, they'll ask you if you want the molten chocolate cake. JUST SAY YES. Not as heavenly as the Jean Georges version, but pretty darn close. Think of a half melted warm chocolate brownie with ice cream. Almost worth being fat for. We also ordered the creme brulee, but it was nothing special.
Service could have been a little better but they were crazy busy that night. So we got some free appetizers while we waited for the server. And who doesn't love free stuff? "
