He went the extra mile, too - installed some extra tack-strips where they were needed, at no additional charge. Those are the kind of customer service moves that will insure I'll refer him to anyone that needs carpet installation, or stretching, as we did.
We will also call him again when we want new carpet - he can even get the carpet for you, so we will call him and ask him where we should go to choose our carpet, so he can install it.
I wouldn't use anyone else - in fact, the other guy I called (I won't say who he was) said he'd come to give an estimate, but never even showed up. I am glad, though, because I am SO pleased with the work Jimmy did.

Carra on Apr. 24 2010 edit · delete Jimmy did a wonderful job! He showed up on time! (actually even a few minutes early!) Looked at the problem areas, gave us a very fair quote, and, as promised, was ready to start right away. Our carpet has never looked so good! If you want your carpets stretched by someone who really knows what they are doing, and is very polite, with reasonable rates - then you need to call Jimmy! I will recommend him to anyone who needs carpet stretching!

John on Mar. 19 2013 edit · delete - Mar 19 Took me awhile, but finally decided to get my carpets stretched and cleaned. Didn't know someone could do both. Jimmy surprisingly came by himself, and did both in the same day. Carpet's look great! Will tell others about this..
