ACL, LLC on Feb. 1 2009 edit · delete The said client signed agreements that was very clear that if funding was obtained and he back out of the funding arrangement, the deposits he made were non-refundable. These agreements are in place to reimburse the lender/broker for any third party reports and/or services obtained throughout the approval process. This issue has been resolved with the BBB and the appropriate authorities, with each of them reviewing the borrowers contract and siding in favor with Americas Commercial Lenders and Phil Stapleton.
