this is a ripoff I have not every filed a class action, their is no contact number on the back of the official lawyer looking document it states they specialize in researching class action settlements.

In June 2008 I recieved a notification of class action suits where I might be eligible to be considered as part of the Class. They represent themselves as Claim Facilitators; and thus, they are searching for people to represent. Their apparent service is to search the Florida court system to see, if I must be eligible.

As with other scams, they first want $20 and do not identify any suit - anywhere. Upon trying to locate them...this was not possible. They do not maintain a phone listing in Naples, Florida with any operator or web site. They do not have their own web address. All of this was suspect, plus their original letter was completely in Spanish.

Received solicitation indicating there was over $5 mil. out there for any and all who qualified. Scam became apparent on return consent form - last item to be checked was to send $20.00 just to see if there was any money out there in my name.

No - I did not send any money, recognized it was a scam, and would like to let others know about it.

One very interesting fact - legal size letter was written totally in Spanish, even the return form. Go figure! Fortunately, I read Spanish thereby noting the scam!

I received a letter, written in Spanish, claiming I was a recipient of a class-action suit for which I would receive '$5,864,000.000' upon providing $20 along with an attached form that, after checking the boxes, would confirm the information they had (my name, address, and the fact I was over 18).

I Googled them and found that in May of 2008, someone had sent in a question regarding their viability to ASK.com, to which they were advised never to send money (or any other identifiable information) sic, to anyone. That if it seemed to good to be true it probably was.

I then found someone else's 'ripoff report' for yet another unsuspecting individual. THIS IS A SHAM. Please take the time to report the receipt of this mailfraud to the FBI. And just in case they might also be using the internet, I also submitted an IFCC complaint referral report to [complaints@ifccfbi.gov] who I hope will forward it to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory agency.
