Markova on May 13 2010 edit · delete This place has an excellent web page, my respect to who ever did it, but the place itself is a real hole. I made my appointment for a cut and some color and i have been told that my stylist is excellent professional and that she does receptionist's hair all the time. When i came in and actually saw receptionist's hair and over treated hair of that stylist i actually had to live. Place is completely empty but they did not want to take me in the morning i guess just to make them look busy. I came 40 minutes earlier and saw all "stylists" sitting there doing nothing. Who does it? The only reason i did not go to my regular place it is because i actually wondered if there something better around. I called and made appointment 15 minutes ahead and came to my regular place.. And by the way, they were packed! So do not make excuses that it was "that time of a day". True professionals are always showing! So do not go to that place! I warned you and i will warn all my friends. Word of mouth really works, so you guys are better work harder and much better! Start from your front desk and dirty restrooms (yuk!)
