Partners In Care is a provider of home based services that keep clients at home. Clients that used to go into retirement homes can now be safely cared for in the comfort of their own homes. We supplement the care provided by client's families. We provide meal preparation services, assistance with errands, and light housekeeping. In addition, our certified nursing assistants can provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders. Our registered nurses assess the home for safety issues and make suggestions to reduce falls and accidents in the home. In addition, the nurse develops a care plan that is aggreeable to both the family and the client's physician. All of our staff have been thoroughly screened by the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement and carry liability insurance.
