Being new to the area and not knowing who would do a good job we spoke with our new neighbor and they recommended Tru Clean Carpet and Tile Care.
We contacted Tru Clean and the manager came to our home the next day to take a look at our floors and to provide an estimate. We were very impressed that he showed up at the alloted time (I think he was the first contractor or service person to do so)and in uniform.
He measured our floors and then explained the cleaning process since we are from "up north" and not used to tile and grout flooring. He took the time to answer all of our questions and we scheduled the job for the next week.
We are very happy for the service performed by this company and highly recommend their services. Our floors look fantastic and the technicians were very careful with our furniture and friendly as well.
