For Golden Gate Estates residents!!
A shopping center is proposed at Wilson Blvd and Golden Gate Blvd. Including two lakes, large grocery store (perhaps Publix?), a post office, diners, animal clinic and banks.
They sent a survey out to 5500 property owners out here to Golden Gate Estates and out of the 1632 that responded, 83% said "Yes" to the shopping center.
There is going to be a straw vote on November 2nd, 2010. The line is "Proposed Amendment to the Golden Gate Master Plan" - I personally hope you vote yes!

"Man, if they did that!?! - $1 draft tuesdays, weekly bands - wow - I think the house would be EMPTY every night!!
(oh, and of course one of those casino things where you win the gift cards - not my thing but I can see its popularity) -- and a wifi hotspot with a shaded outdoor park with picnic tables... then I'd never be home - I'd work from there!!"Generating a heck of a buzz!!
