We booked Raphael Rachman for a private photography session on the beach during our Christmas vacation to Naples. He arrived at the location on time and our family photos were taken to our satisfaction. The setting fee was paid for before the appointment and the orders for prints were paid in full a week after the pictures were taken. The photos were posted on his website and Raphael seemed very professional and concerned with doing a good job. The problem comes in when the photos did not arrive. It has been over two months since our pictures were taken! After contacting Raphael directly at his studio and on his cell phone, we received a reply by email saying that he was sorry about the delay due to a family problem and that he would send me a tracking number within the next two days. That was last week and to this date, March 7, 2015 pictures taken December 27, 2014 have not been delivered even though he does have our money. We searched his name and found that this had happened to one other family who posted a complaint with the BBB. We also found that he has a D+ rating with the BBB. We will be proceeding with fraud charges and complaints to warn other families before doing business with Raphael Studies in Naples, Florida. He also advertises on Groupon which is how we initially found him. Raphael Rachman does have a website and information posted on his website stating that he has been in business over 20 years. I am not sure what the story is, but I am sure that I have been scammed since I have given him every opportunity to reply to my requests for an explanation. Mr. Rachman finally provided our family non-valid tracking numbers with a promise that our portraits were on the way! That was a week and half ago! Very disappointing!
