I had just moved to Florida and was looking for a place to work-out. A neighbor of mine referred me to Elite, as she raved about their BootCamp classes. So, I went and tried it out and coulnd't believe that I was actually excited to go backElite's Customer Service & employees are excellent! They offer a very family friendly environment. I started taking Elite's MMA-Style Fitness BootCamp classes several months back and have already lost over 15lbs! It's a great environment and I am not intimidated at all! It's ALL women only in the morning and I am able to bring my two kids if I have to!
I would highly recommend Elite MMA FIT BootCamps to everyone I know!
I know they will even let you try out a class for free before you start
