Marie on Jul. 5 2010 edit · delete We first met with this company in December of 2009 to work on a new brand for our olive oil company. They were so educated about our company we felt a little intimidated as and we knew nothing about them. They explained that they researched us in order to better help our initial consultation, which was free. We left a little surprised by their ideas and excited to see what they came up with. They proposed that we try three options that were all very creative. My partner and I chose to hire them to create our brand and advertising plan. A week later they presented us with all the graphic designs, packaging, marketing and business plans as well as a sales strategy. Much more than we expected from a small company! We paid a retainer fee for the work they did and they contracted with us to place our advertising for 15 percent plus the price of the ads. This is industry standard for the advertising industry. I was very surprised by their confidence and professionalism. We have maintained a very good relationship with Charles and have referred him to our clients and friends. I recommend this company if you are looking to change or update your look, or if you are launching a new brand like we did! Marie
