on Jul. 2 2012 edit · delete I hired Alex Brawner of Elite to redo my garage floor. He did not remove the original paint as I had stipulated; told me the "new epoxy would go right over it with no problems." The paint has peeled up in many places. I contacted Mr. Brawner to redo the floor as originally agreed upon and, although he said he would, he has not and does not return my phone calls. His actions will now cost me much more money in order to remove his epoxy before having the floor done correctly. Do NOT hire him.
