My name is James L. O'Leary and I am a personal injury attorney working throughout Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers.
Dear Fellow Residents of South West Florida,
I am new to this web site and wanted to register myself and my law practice on here.
My law practice is limited to personal injury law. I focus on providing excellent service and results for my clients. From start to finish I seek to lead you confidently through the legal process, be available to answer your questions, and put you at ease throughout the duration of your case. I will use strategic negotiation and the most current technology and research methods to seek to resolve your case favorably.
My focus is only on handling cases involving bodily injury caused as the result of someone else's negligence. The types of cases I handle include automobile accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, accidents occuring as a result of defective products, accidents occurring due to a dangerous condition on property, aviation crashes, boating accidents, and incidents that result in wrongful death.
History
I was sworn into the Florida Bar on September 15, 1995 and began practicing with a large personal injury firm in the Tampa Bay area. In December of 1996 I moved to Bonita Springs to pursue my dream of opening my own law office.
My law opened for business on January 1, 1997 and has been built one client at a time by always seeking to provide excellent personalized service to my clients. I care about my clients personally and strive for a personalized level of service that is often not found in larger high volume personal injury law firms.
For my entire career as an attorney over the past 15 years, I have always been a 100% dedicated plaintiff personal injury attorney and continue my focus exclusively on helping injured people recover from traumatic accidents and wrongful death incidents. My clients are able to interact directly with me in a one on one relationship and I have found that this level of customer service improves communication, efficiency and my ability to advocate zealously on my client's behalf.
As a child growing up, I can recall a habit of always wanting to stand up for my friends, to be the one to stand up and stop any bullying or harassment of others. Now as an adult and as a personal injury trial lawyer, I find some of my proudest moments are when I am out on a limb standing up for someone else's rights, fighting an injustice that has harmed someone, or putting a stop to some form of abuse or harassment by a more powerful person or company.
I operate a paperless office and seek to practice on the edge of technology by utilizing technology in the courtroom to more effectively advocate for my clients.
