Nearly 40 attendees were present at Mr. Shower Door of Florida’s January 19th networking event that gave the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida the position of honored guest.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Southern Florida was the honored guest for a local networking event held in Naples on January 19, 2011. The hosts for the event were the owners, managers and staff of Mr. Shower Door of Naples. The evening was organized to bring local business owners, donors and volunteers together to meet and talk about the local business community as well as the need for local sponsors to grant wishes.
The Daubmann family, owners of Mr. Shower Door of Florida, opened their Naples location to sponsor the networking event which included cocktails and dinner for nearly 40 attendees. The Daubmann family have been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for several years and have sponsored a wish for a local child.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Twenty-seven years of magic and more than 7,500 wishes later, the Foundation continues its mission to share the power of a wish® with ailing children.
