Mike Ditka-Jim Hart Celebrity Invitational
The 13th annual golf tournament will take place Friday, April 13 and Saturday, April 14 at Golf Club of the Everglades. A field of up to 124 amateurs will enjoy the 2 day event, kicked off with the Celebrity Pairings Party on Friday night. Amateurs can register by contacting the pro shop at 354-4727. Individual players are $550 each; foursome rate is $2000. Former football, basketball and hockey stars round out the celebrity field. Silent and live auctions are highlights of the evening. The Invitational is a 9 AM shotgun scramble including, holes-in-one competitions and 50/50 drawing. Proceeds benefit the Foundation for the Immokalee Child Care Center.
