Where: Treviso Bay

Age limit: 21+
Description: Clive Daniel Home and Treviso Bay invite a limited number of guests with advance reservation to join interior Designers Susan Petril and Brittany Molandes as they host two private, complimentary tours through the chic new Toscana model by Lennar Homes on Tuesday, May 22.
In a lively 60-minute tour, the designers will share design tips and insights into the furniture and accessory selection process as they created the interiors for the three-bedroom-plus den, three-bath model. Guests may reserve, on a space available basis, either the 11 a.m. or the 2 p.m. tour.
The Toscana is part of Lennars top-of-the-line Estate Home Collection. The spacious 2,350 square foot floor plan is as perfect for formal gatherings as it is for casual family living, with its separate living room, formal dining room and family room, as well as a three-car garage.
Among its most dramatic features, says Petril, is the huge master suite with its spacious walk-in closet. Another key aspect of this plan, she says, is the generous sized lanai, with its optional outdoor kitchen area. Its important to our clients that they maximize their outdoor spaces to enjoy the best of Floridas weather year-round, she adds.
Prospective homebuyers love this tour, Molandes says, because Lennars unique everythings included program means that many luxurious features and upgrades are included as standard in the price of the home. There are so many gorgeous options to customize this plan at no extra cost and we have partnered with Lennar and Treviso Bay to showcase some of the possibilities. In addition, guests on our tours get creative and useful decor ideas they can take home and use right now.
With this objective in mind, we are delighted to renew our long-term relationship with Clive Lubner and Daniel Lubner, and their top tier interior design team at Clive Daniel Home, says Matt Devereaux, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennars Southwest Florida division. Their excellent taste and sensitivity to the customers desires perfectly match that of Lennar Homes. Brittany and Susan represent the very best in the interior design profession, and the quality of service, from the respect for our homeowners to the careful delivery and placement of every piece of furniture and accessory, reflects our own service standards.
Clive Daniel Home supports its builder, developer and Realtor clients as well as the general public with its 85,000 square foot showroom, which features home furnishings, accessories, art, smart home technology and home theater, custom upholstery and window treatments, flooring and rugs, art, framing and more.
We love creating new partnerships with builders and developers, says Daniel Lubner, President and CEO of Clive Daniel Home. But our greatest satisfaction comes when those clients return to us over and over. Well keep pushing the envelope at every level to make sure that never changes.
Lennar, a Florida-based corporation, has been building homes since 1954 and is one of the countrys top homebuilders. The highly respected company recently acquired ownership of Treviso Bay and is currently developing club facilities and recreational amenities that are projected to rival those of top worldwide resorts.
With its championship golf course by Arthur Hills and Player Consultant Hal Sutton, Treviso Bay is also home to world-class golf, offering residents the highest quality of play in the region. Treviso Bay is one of Lennars flagship communities. With these exceptional amenities, it truly will be a resort destination, Matt Devereaux said.
Treviso Bay is seven minutes south of Old Naples on U.S. 41 with the entrance on the right. From the north, take I-75 south to Collier Blvd, turn right on U.S. 41 going north toward Naples to the entrance on the left.
There will be two tours of the Toscana model, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on May 22. The event is free but space is limited and reservations are required.
