The case received a lot of attention from the media as well as the legal community. Law360 also noted the Firm’s successful representation of Princeton Holdings LLC in the dispute. The dispute surrounded the acquisition of a 50% tenant-in-common interest in 14 Manhattan properties that were valued in excess of US$450 million at the time the agreement was entered into, and are currently worth significantly more.
