Cast Your Vote Today in the Holiday Homecoming on the Wings of Angel MedFlight Campaign
Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) December 14, 2013 - Angel MedFlight Air Ambulance employees picked the top five finalists for the 2013 “Holiday Homecoming on the Wings of Angel MedFlight” campaign. These finalists all submitted stories outlining their need for help reconnecting with loved ones this year – some due to serious illness and some due to financial blockages and other challenges. The public can help choose the family who flies home for a reunion on a private jet by casting their vote once every day through December 20, 2013.
The goal of the campaign is to help give back to someone who may need help making it home for the holidays. Voting could help Lori M. finally meet the bone marrow donor in Germany who saved her life; it could help Michael S., who is battling kidney failure and cancer, reunite with his stepmom. Public involvement could help the Groves, who can’t fly commercially, spend the holiday with their granddaughter Sarah who is battling a rare cancer. By voting, Deborah, who just underwent surgery across the country, could make it home for her grandson’s birthday. And finally, by participating, Jeff in California, who is out of work due to stage four cancer and navigating financial struggles, could be transported safely home to heal in New Jersey with his wife and family.

The winner will be flown by Angel MedFlight on a private jet for a special holiday homecoming and as a keepsake, the flight and reunion between the winner and their family will be professionally captured by Angel MedFlight’s Emmy-winning videography team. Angel MedFlight’s fleet of jets is medically-configured to accommodate the winner should the limitations of transport be medical.
