The Midnight Rambler debut album launch to be showcased at Jagz, Ascot and to be filmed for music video.

What happens when you train as a psychotherapist, and end up in a band? .. Come and meet..The Midnight Rambler .. From counsellor and healing humourist, to social scientist and cathartic mumbler. Sounds like – Alternative gonzo blues-rock played by southern-fried blues band. Equal parts Prince, Pumpkins and Muppets.

Cornish-Peruvian, singer-songwriter Perez Gomez has appeared on TV in the band ‘Yellow Snow’ in Lee Mack’s comedy show ‘Not Going Out, as well as HKTV’s “Jumbleland” presenting a special on hamster care. Growing up in Dubai, Hong Kong, Reading (UK) and Jackson Hole (Wyoming), has created a certain witty, bi-polar charm, and a proclivity for talking in different voices and in third person. With a degree in Psychology and a post grad in Psychotherapy, Perez was headed to be a counselling therapist when music and technology intervened…but since you have to be mad to work in the music industry, its all working out.. He’s toured as backline tech with Razorlight (original and new flavour), and performed music in London, New York, Vienna, Cannes and Emden (Germany).

The event will consist of the first ever live run through of the album. Following an interval the band will be joined by local music celebrities to create a 10 piece alternative rock / southern blues band. They will perform interpretations of well-known classics by The Black Crowes, Lenny Kravitz, RHCP, Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, Duran Duran, Jet, OkGo, Bruno Mars, Jamiroquai, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Morphine, Jimi Hendrix, and many more..
