1888 Press Release - E3 expands technology portfolio and international operations with equity stake in HESA Ltd. The investment provides access to an alternative energy technology portfolio which will be integrated into the company's operations.
E3 Services and Solutions Inc. (http://www.e3space.com) has acquired an equity position in HESDA Ltd., a Seychelles based energy technologies.
The same transaction included the formation of HESA Energy LLC in the United States and a share swap with HESA Ltd.
E3 will work to develop and further commercialize key technologies created by HESA Ltd. for energy production, agriculture and medical applications. E3 will also work on research and development projects in conjunction with its partner which includes pollution control applications and supplemental solar solutions.
Mark A. Skoda, CEO of E3 stated, "I am very pleased to announce this equity transaction and the formation of HESA Energy in the US. I have known the principals in HESA Ltd. for nearly fourteen years and have been impressed with their innovation and the intellectual property that was developed in South Africa. Internationalizing this technology through this acquisition will allow both of our organizations to produce new products and services in the renewables energy market."
