Jackson, whose parents founded the annual, urban culinary tradition, Real Men Cook, will discuss his group's efforts to promote the importance of fathers and men stepping forward in their communities.
"Real Men Cook is bringing to the forefront the contribution of males to healthy families and communities,'' said Jackson. "We look at biological fathers, as well as all men who make a difference. Men, and especially women, appreciate this concept,'' he said.
