Panic disorders- recurring strike of terror attacks

There are no particular reasons that can define emergence of this harmful condition. It’s a sudden attack that strikes without any warnings. This is an unluckiest disease that could occur often. A person gets too scared of any disastrous event even when there is no actual danger. Women have high chances to get affected by this condition than men. It has also been evaluated that around 2.5 to 3 percent of population have this health problem in which mentality and physicality of an individual is troubles at a same time. Lifestyle of a patient gets changed automatically because he couldn’t focus on their daily routine. One can’t predict when the next fearful attack would arrive. Uneasiness (anxious) feeling is common sign that one can notice during this condition and several phobias may begin to build one after the other.

Panic disorder could take place if a person is caused by any/many of these medical conditions like- bowel syndrome, asthma, pulmonary disease, hyperthyroidism, and cardiac arrhythmias. Consistently living stressful life and experiencing of traumatic moments in life could contribute towards generation of this torturous condition. An individual can have huge tension of when its negative effect would strike back next time. Usually, physical signs such as feeling dizzy, weaker and getting faint are expected. Heart races at a faster rate, sweating, breathing issue, chest pain, & stomach pain are some symptoms that have been observed in these patients.

Self help along with family support are best ways to control it from getting enhanced. Psychotherapy is fine option to cure this panic condition. Under this, a person would be made improve on behaving, thinking, etc. Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medicines would be given by doctor to patient.
