CHERRY HILL, NJ - AmeriQuest Business Services, a technology-enabled provider of financial process automation, procurement, and asset management solutions, announced today the appointment of Mike Rowbotham to the position of Vice President of Strategy & Innovation. Rowbotham has been with the company since 2001, most recently as Vice President of Information Technology.
In his new role, Rowbotham will work with the senior management team in establishing the company's overall strategic direction, which includes identifying inorganic growth opportunities. He will also drive organic growth through product innovation and market expansion. "Mike has been a key member of the AmeriQuest team since he joined," said Doug Clark, Founder, President, and CEO of AmeriQuest. "In his new role, we will look to leverage his knowledge of existing and emerging technologies as a key element in our growth strategy."
Rowbotham began his career with AmeriQuest as Information Technology Manager. Since then, he has led the support of the company's rapid growth by overseeing key aspects of the IT operation. Most recently, Rowbotham served as Vice President of Information Technology, leading the company's information technology function as well as software engineering of Corcentric's financial process automation offering.
Rowbotham has more than 17 years' experience in the technology field. Prior to working for AmeriQuest, he held positions ranging in experience from computer programming and Website development to system and network administration.
