What does USA feel about remarkably sensitive topic “Abortion”?

It is very subjective and an opinion may appeal to only a few people in the society. Not necessary to look at abortion from this particular perspective only. It is not always a murder of a baby to preserve a self interest. First interaction with David King in the late March was exactly pertaining to this sensitive topic and I just wanted to know his take on abortion. David and I did not know each other before a meeting. Today he is working in a wall mart located in Ohio, he was a dairy farmer before being employed in wall mart. A few weeks before, he was just a candidate amongst 1,067 participants who were selected for a Vox poll on abortion policy by not adopting any specific method of selection. His response to the question interested me more. David was asked to cast his view on the basis of preference for pro-life or pro-choice, and he said both.

King said that, “I do believe all babies are innocent and find their place in the heaven”, the moment I insisted to elaborate how two different shoes may fit to one foot. We cannot predict one’s future by applying our own criteria for example if a baby would have to face a life where there is only abuse is written in his/her fate. It is not so easy to put a stamp on anything with certainty. A decision is all about exercise of the women’s right and about her physical and mental condition at the same time. It just becomes extremely foggy on either side. King’s viewpoint sounds to be exclusive on this note, he is convinced about when should and shouldn’t termination of pregnancy shall get legal sanction, he successfully covered all verticals viz. personal, professional, social, psychological etc. He seems to stand by anti-abortion, but not profoundly. David king cannot be fit into any particular argument. His stance is not extremely authentic, we were surprised to get similar feedback from almost 18% people, they are of the same opinion held by David King. When they were asked to choose between pro-life or pro-choice. Whereas 21 % people preferred to stay silent and not supported both options.

I have personally worked on this subject and provided coverage for more than 8 years at four different publications. As far as Americans are concerned US nationals do support abortion rights else they do not support. Roe v. Wade, acted as a memorable verdict by the Supreme Court in 1973 because of which abortion secured legal protection in America. Pro-choice and the pro-life hold poignant views on the same topic and are reluctant to consider flip side of the coin but sometime they give away rigidity. Situation, personal reasons and socioeconomic effect are few extremely crucial aspects of the sensitive topic an act of abortion is largely governed by individual preference and psyche.
