The 2013 abortion statistics was ultimately published on the website of the Texas Department of State Health Services. The reports did not retain attention of the press. But, the news was uninteresting due to no deaths reported in females who undertook abortion in the Texas region for the last five years.

July 27th 2015, United States (http://www.mtpabortionpill.com/): The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals passed a judgment that the Texas’s 2013 omnibus abortion bill HB 2 section may soon be applied across the Texan region. However, the Supreme Court of U.S. will review the bill and has ordered a stay until then. If the omnibus antiabortion law is ruled in favor, then many facilities that offer services for pregnancy termination will come to an end, with only those having rights to operate meeting the standard for ambulatory surgical centers. Women who purchase abortion pill online for clinical procedure will be able to approach only such clinics.

Ken Paxton, the Attorney General of Texas regarded the circuit court’s ruling as assuring for women’s health, as the pregnancy end would be done under established care that is safe and synchronizes with standards that value female’s reproductive condition. Those who buy abortion pill will be able to get first-hand care system, than unruly procedure undertaken from clinics that did not maintain righteous safety protocols. However, if the ruling takes affect, the number of abortion clinics will reduce dramatically, and can risk women’s health due to unavailability of timely care.

The 2013 abortion statistics was ultimately published on the website of the Texas Department of State Health Services. The reports did not retain attention of the press. But, the news was uninteresting due to no deaths reported in females who undertook abortion in the Texas region for the last five years. Death rate was higher in women on childbirth and pregnancy related conditions. In 2013, the maternal death figures alone were 153, while pregnancy termination in first semester yielded 0% deaths.

The Texas abortion analysis of 2013 in its report has details about serious complication, which was lesser than 0.03% for the procedures. There is a possibility of under-reporting in such cases. However, evidence for the same is also seen from other regions of the U.S. A study conducted recently analyzed 50,000 abortions from California, which detailed only 0.2% of pregnancy terminations were linked to serious complications, but no deaths were reported caused by abortions pills, MTP kit or surgical method for the same.

After several such researches, it is deemed that abortions undertaken in U.S are perfectly safe than pregnancy continued on a longer term. The national data analysis compounded deaths on childbirth was greater than 14 times as compared to deaths in abortions. The low mortality in abortion was alike death from anesthetic dental procedures and plastic surgeries. Even those who buy abortion pill online for in-home procedure has promising outcomes and no deaths reported.

However, there is no evidence for safety regarding pregnancy termination at ambulatory surgical clinics. The HB 2 objective is thus, hypothetically vague, as considered by many doctors and women. In researches, it was found that pregnancy termination complications of up till 16 weeks requiring facility of being transferred from a clinic to HB 2 condition hospitals were higher than other abortion clinics. There were no reported findings that could support that ambulatory surgical clinics were safer than its counterparts.

The major concern is that HB 2 can risk women’s health in Texas, than helping the same. There clinic closure in the state may force women to undergo second semester abortion due to less number of hospitals in the proximity, but females will have to drive down to abortion care clinics far away, threatening their life in probable accidents. Secondly, females may induce abortions, which is dangerous. Thus, the HB 2 claim is controversial. Rather, stress on improving health care is required to curtail maternal mortality rates.
