London, UK, May 11, 2016 - The NAV People have announced the appointment of Jeff Kiehn as CEO to lead its new North American expansion. Kiehn will be responsible for establishing The NAV People operations in the US and Canada, recruiting staff and signing up a network of partners to replicate the successful UK business model delivering industry specific solutions. The NAV People started trading in the UK in 2009, growing the business through word of mouth to become the country's no.1 reseller solely concentrated on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Kiehn has over 25 years' executive management, sales and business development experience, having worked for many large IT companies specialising in the hospitality, retail and grocery markets. He joins The NAV People from Omnico (US), provider of enterprise POS, analytics and omni channel solutions, where he held the position of EVP (Americas and Global Entertainment) improving the US operations from a loss to an annual profit of $3.5m. Other previous roles include President of Cenium, provider of a Microsoft ERP based Hospitality and Retail solution with clients from many international hotel chains, resorts and restaurants; and General Manager, VP Sales at Retail Evolution, a North American Partner for Microsoft Dynamics and LS Retail. Kiehn started his early career working for companies in Europe and Canada providing retail solutions to the hospitality and retail sectors.
