Newbury, UK, June 02, 2016 - Datek Solutions uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV from The NAV People to provide them with an agile platform capable of meeting their long-term growth plans. The solution has improved the use of working capital with better management of inventory and improved financial reporting. In addition, the contact management capabilities have enhanced customer relationships through the tracking of all customer transactions and interactions.
Datek wanted a solution that could track the serial numbers associated with products and customer transactions. Since implementing the solution Datek has logged the serial number of every product, providing a detailed history of customer buying habits. The functionality within the supply chain module helps Datek to meet and exceed the expectations of customers.

Kanter adds; Jet Reports is quick and easy to use, with just a few mouse clicks we can generate the daily sales report, its given us a level of business clarity that we simply didnt have before.
Kanter concludes: We had a few concerns that Microsoft Dynamic NAV would be a rigid solution but The NAV People have customised it to our needs. They have worked with us on further enhancements; no request has been too difficult.
