The owner of this company misrepresented herself as representing another interior decorating firm in Naples. The firm denies affiliation. Before I discovered the misrepresentation, she made an unauthorized charge to my credit card done by her own firm, The Perfection of Color. All efforts to resolve the problem have been met with repeated broken promises. All the evidence points to this being a fraudulent business. Entirely unethical at the very best. Dealing with Elizabeth (Beth) Steigerwald is totally frustrating. Being cheated out of $1,500.00+ is not a pleasant experience.

Just Me on Apr. 22 2012 edit · delete BETH STEIGERWALD (THE PERFECTION OF COLOR OWNER) APPEARS TO BE A PATHOLOGICAL LIAR WHO STEALS FROM LITTLE OLD LADIES. PROMISED TO DELIVER FURNITURE THAT SHE WAS PAID IN ADVANCE TO HAVE RE-UPHOLSTERED FOR THREE MONTHS WITH ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES. ONLY TO FIND THE UPHOLSTERER WAS NEVER PAID AND WE HAD TO PAY A STORAGE FEE TO GET THE FURNITURE BACK. BE VERY WEARY OF DEALING WITH THIS WOMAN. DO NOT PAY HER IN ADVANCE FOR ANYTHING...NOT EVEN A CUP OF COFFEE!

on Apr. 11 2013 edit · delete - Apr 11 2013. Beth is full of promises of what she can and will do, then once she has taken your deposit (3500)she is full of excuses as to why the job has not even been started (2011). She is not licensed. Do not under any circumstances hand over any money up front.
